”” Kathryn Crowther received her PhD from Emory University in 2008. She specializes in Victorian literature and culture with sub-specialties in modern and contemporary British literature and Women’s Studies, but she also works on projects related to print culture and technology, digital pedagogy in the composition classroom, and neo-Victorian and steampunk literature. Her recent projects include a presentation at the 2009 Dragon*Con conference on steampunk fiction, a poster presentation on using blogs in the composition classroom, and an article on Charlotte Brontë’s “Textual Relics” which will be published in Brontë Studies in July 2010.
